Dr. Mercier is one of our two fabulous DVMs here at Unleashed pet Care! She was born and raised in Farmington Hills, MI. A fun fact about her is that she is a triplet with older siblings that are identical twins! Dr. Mercier was always playing sports to keep up with her 4 brothers; to this day her hobbies include all sports, with golf and pickle-ball being her favorites. She had always wanted to be a veterinarian since she was young. Dr. Mercier went out to Arizona to pursue her dream of becoming a veterinarian, where she adopted her pride and joy, Sadie. Sadie is an Australian shepherd/border-collie mix and loves to come to work with Mom. Dr. Mercier’s favorite part of veterinary medicine is the human-animal bond and the important role pets play in the family; she wants to preserve that bond through good care and annual checkups to help pets live a long, happy life.
